Emerging Markets Program (EMP): Foreign Agricultural Service
Due June 9, 2025
The Emerging Markets Program (EMP) is a market access program that provides funding for technical assistance activities intended to promote exports of U.S. agricultural commodities and products to emerging markets in all geographic regions. Through the EMP, the Foreign Agricultural Service provides cost-share funding for technical assistance activities such as feasibility studies, market research, sectorial assessments, orientation visits, specialized training and business workshops.
Kentucky Women in Agriculture College Scholarship: Kentucky Women In Agriculture
Due June 30, 2025
In keeping with the mission to empower women in agriculture through education, involvement, and action, the Kentucky Women in Agriculture organization offers a scholarship for women who are full-time students entering their junior year in college through graduate school. Scholarship applicants must demonstrate the degree they are seeking relates to agriculture, demonstrate need, and be enrolled as a full-time student.
California Sustainable Agricultural Lands Conservation Program (CA-SALC): California Department of Conservation
Due July 3, 2025
The SALC Program supports agricultural land conservation, economic growth, and sustainable development by providing grants for land use, conservation and capacity development projects. The program invests in agricultural land conservation with revenue from the California Climate Investments (CCI) Fund, made available for projects that reduce greenhouse gas emissions while providing additional benefits to California communities.

The AGRI New Markets Cost-Share Program can help your Minnesota farm or branded food, beverage, or pet food company take advantage of market opportunities through E-commerce, digital and e-mail marketing, Business-to-Business (B2B) tradeshows (virtual and in-person), and store demos.
Ohio Agriculture Growing Tomorrow Grants: Ohio Farm Bureau Foundation

The Growing Tomorrow Grant was created to help inspire, encourage, and nurture young agricultural professionals and entrepreneurs to find creative and transformative ways to address challenges facing the agricultural sector today, and to generate wider and deeper public understanding of farming and the ways that agriculture impacts our nation and our communities.

Northern New York Agricultural Development Small Grants Program (NNYADP-SGP): New York Department of Agriculture and Markets
Opens June 17, 2025
This program funds on-farm research and technical assistance projects in NY’s 6 northernmost counties: Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence, with benefits for farmers in the region and statewide. Funding for the farmer-driven Northern New York Agricultural Development Program (NNYADP) is supported by the New York State Legislature and is administered through the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets.

Delta Regional Food Business Center (RFBC): U.S. Department of Agriculture

The USDA Delta Regional Food Business Center is dedicated to enhancing the resilience, diversity, and competitiveness of our food systems, serving the southern states of Mississippi, Arkansas, Alabama, Louisiana, and East Texas. The RFBC’s Business Builder awards support the growth and viability of small and mid-sized producers and food businesses along local and regional food supply chains, including agricultural producers, growers, processors, aggregators, and distributors, producers that supply local food systems, farmers markets, restaurants, and schools.
California Dairy Research Foundation Partnerships for Climate-Smart Commodities Project: California Dairy Research Foundation
Opens July 25, 2025
This project will build climate-smart dairy markets and provide financial incentives for dairy producers to adopt climate-smart manure management practices to reduce methane emissions, leveraging matching funding from non-federal sources. Financial incentives are planned on a per-cow basis to producers to implement vermifiltration, evaporative liquid waste processing systems, subsurface drip fertigation using liquid manure, weeping walls, aerated static compost piles, and others.
