Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers the fees you pay for Ambrook, how they’re billed, and how to cancel. It’s part of our Terms of Service, and you agree to it when you start or continue a paid subscription.

Fees are nonrefundable

All fees paid to Ambrook are nonrefundable, including subscription fees and any other charges. We don’t refund or credit partial billing periods or unused time. If you think you were charged in error, email us or write into our support chat within 30 days and we’ll review it.

Billing and automatic renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically each billing period. When you sign up, you authorize Ambrook to charge the payment method you keep on file, and we’ll keep charging it for any fees owed until you cancel and all fees are paid. You must keep a valid payment method on file. We may change our fees with notice.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime. To cancel, send an email to support@ambrook.com from the email address on your account, or navigate to ambrook.com/app/settings and choose “Chat” in the Support section.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access through the period you’ve already paid for. Because fees are nonrefundable, canceling doesn’t trigger a refund or proration for the current period. Once you cancel, you will not be charged for future periods.
