Eligibility
PTO-driven or self-propelled nut harvesters; existing sweepers may be replaced with shaker/sweeper combination units; PTO harvesters must be pulled by a Tier 4 Final tractor; must buy an approved low-dust certified harvester from the Eligible Equipment List; existing self-propelled harvester must be Tier 0/1/2, in-use and operable; replacement <500 hours if self-propelled; equipment domiciled and operated 100% within SJVAPCD.
