This MASBDA program provides a 50 percent first-loss guarantee on collateralized loans up to $250,000 to independent livestock producers for acquiring, constructing, or improving facilities for poultry, hogs, beef, dairy cattle, or other animals in single-purpose operations.
Eligibility
Eligible borrowers are independent livestock producers (not integrated operations) who are legal Missouri residents at least 18 years old, providing proof of citizenship, identity, and residence, with the project located in Missouri.

Terms
