The Diversification through Entrepreneurship in Agribusiness Loan Program (DEALP), offered by the Kentucky Agricultural Finance Corporation (KAFC), is designed to assist agri-entrepreneurs with the purchase, establishment, or expansion of a business that sells agricultural products or services to farmers or consumers.

Eligible applicants are agri-entrepreneurs and agribusinesses that sell agricultural products or services to farmers or consumers.

Terms

DEALP is a KAFC participation loan made through a participating Kentucky lender at a below-market rate. Consistent with other KAFC loan programs, the KAFC portion carries a fixed 2% a.p.r. and the lender services the loan for up to 0.75% (75 basis points).
