In Harmony Farm Business Development Program (Earlham, Iowa)

In Harmony Farm (formerly Dalla Terra Ranch) runs a 5-year incubator in Earlham, Iowa that gives historically underserved specialty-crop farmers access to farmland, equipment, infrastructure and training. Farmers work toward business milestones with the Iowa Center for Economic Success and get help finding long-term land after graduating.

5-year program with milestones (business entity, recordkeeping, marketing, planting plans); after graduation the farm helps find a long-term land access solution. Rent/fee terms not published.
