The Farm to Stay Grant Program is a partnership between Airbnb and American Farmland Trust, launched through AFT's Brighter Future Fund, to help farmers and ranchers create or expand farm stays and agritourism experiences as an additional income stream.
The program will distribute approximately 25–30 grants, each between $5,000 and $10,000, from a total pool of $250,000, to help farmers and ranchers renovate or prepare their properties for overnight guests or launch agritourism experiences such as farm-to-table dinners, wine tastings, apple picking, and agricultural workshops.
Eligibility and guideline details will be announced before applications open in late November 2026 through a secure portal on SurveyMonkey Apply.
