Washington State Housing Finance Commission


A revolving loan program launched by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission around 2024. Direct applicants are land trusts, which borrow to quickly purchase farmland at risk of development, hold it, and then sell it to beginning and historically underserved farmers — benefiting producers indirectly.


Eligibility

Applicants are land trusts: nationally accredited land trusts or members of the Washington Association of Land Trusts.
