Texas Agricultural Finance Authority


AgDefense provides grants administered by the Texas Agricultural Finance Authority (TAFA) and the Texas Department of Agriculture to fund projects that control agricultural pests, diseases, and depredating animals threatening Texas agriculture.


Eligibility

Eligible applicants are limited to the Texas Animal Health Commission, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service, and Texas A&M AgriLife Research. Individual farmers and ranchers are not eligible to apply.
