The Texans Feeding Texans: Agricultural Surplus Grant Program, administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture, provides funding to food banks and charitable feeding organizations to purchase surplus agricultural products from Texas producers — reducing food waste and increasing food access across the state.

Eligible applicants are food banks and charitable feeding organizations that purchase surplus agricultural products.
