The AgLink Continuity Grant Program, administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture through the Texas Agricultural Finance Authority (TAFA), provides financial assistance to agricultural first handlers — such as cotton gins and grain warehouses — that are recovering from natural disaster-related business disruptions.
