You may select to apply during the Emergency Grant Cycle (limited to up to $2000) or the Main Grant Cycle (you can apply for any amount but average grant award is $11,000). You can only apply in one cycle.

Notifications for the Emergency Round will be issued by the end of February. Notifications for the Main Grant Cycle will be issued by the end of May.

Once you have successfully submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation email. Due to the volume of applicants, we cannot respond to further questions or comments during the review process.

Sky High will be making up to $350,000 in grants (total) to individuals working in agriculture, food justice, and/or land sovereignty. Applications will be prioritized among those who identify as Black, Indigenous, Latinx, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex and Asexual and those working in communities historically exploited and harmed by the existing industrial agricultural system.



Application is open to individuals working in agriculture, food justice, and/or land sovereignty. There are no requirements as to the scope of proposed projects. All complete applications will be considered. 

A lump sum of money for a specific purpose that does not need to be paid back.
