Oregon Upland Cooperative Access Program (UCAP) (UCAP)

ODFW pays landowners in Wasco, Sherman, Gilliam and Morrow counties per acre to open their land to public upland game bird hunting. ODFW supplies signs and permission-slip booklets, patrols and enforces the rules, and landowners are relieved of liability related to UCAP. Landowners choose 'Hunting with Permission' or 'Welcome to Hunt' access.
