A competitive prize co-run by Rodale Institute and Davines that recognizes beginning farmers advancing regenerative organic practices. The award recognizes farmers with 10 or fewer years of experience who are leading in regenerative organic agriculture.

Terms

Prizes: 1st place — $10,000 plus a trip to Italy; 2nd place — $5,000 plus a trip to Pennsylvania; 3rd place — free educational resources. Sponsored jointly by Rodale Institute and Davines.


Application Instructions

Applications are accepted annually. The 2026 cycle closed January 16, 2026, with winners announced April 22, 2026. A 2027 award cycle is upcoming.
