The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services' Office of Agricultural Water Policy administers the BMP Cost Share Program to assist eligible agricultural producers with implementing Best Management Practices (BMPs) for agricultural water management improvements.

up to 90% of cost
Terms
Cost share reimbursement will not exceed the lesser of 90% of the actual project costs, or the maximum reimbursement amount of $150,000 per applicant per contract; applicants cover the remaining costs. Completed applications are evaluated in order of receipt, with FDACS conducting site visits and reviewing eligibility, project type approval, cost-benefit analysis, and potential funding duplication before making funding decisions.
