Eligibility
North Dakota farmers and ranchers with a net worth of $1.5 million or less. Arranged through the borrower's local lender.
Terms
BND participation is up to $750,000 or 90% of the loan. Interest rate is approximately 1.00% below BND's base rate (variable).
Application Instructions
Apply through a local lender that partners with Bank of North Dakota; the lender submits the participation request to BND.
