Terms
The Spring semester portion ($1500) depends on keeping a minimum 2.5 GPA at the end of the Fall semester.
Published amounts: AWARD UP TO: $3,000 PER SEMESTER; the Spring semester portion is stated as ($1500). The PDF contradicts itself: the header says up to $3,000 per semester, but the Spring portion is $1,500. That suggests $3,000 per year paid in two $1,500 halves.

Download the application PDF from the scholarships page. Mail it to Arkansas Farm Bureau, Attn: Lori Croy, P.O. Box 31, Little Rock, AR 72203, or email it to lori.croy@arfb.com.
