AgWest's young/beginning/small (YBS) producer lending program offering loan options with modified underwriting, preferred rates, fee waivers, FSA guarantee-fee coverage, down-payment assistance and start-up capital options, plus business education. Open to producers who are 35 or younger, have farmed 10 years or less, or gross under $350,000/yr in agricultural income, across AgWest's seven-state territory (AK, AZ, CA, ID, MT, OR, WA).

"If you are 35 years old or younger, have farmed for 10 years or less, or generate under $350,000 in annual gross agricultural income, you may be eligible to participate in AgVision."
