How do I handle reimbursable expenses?
Ambrook makes reimbursables easy. Tag purchases as reimbursable when you buy supplies for clients, then add those line items to invoices. You can attach receipt photos directly to invoices so clients see proof of every charge.
How much history can you import?
We can help you import your customers, vendors, categories, balance sheet, products, open bills, and invoices. Need to bring over categorized transactions? Reach out to our team.
Is the "Catch-Up Package" a recurring fee?
No. Our Catch-Up Package is a one-time fee. After that, you'll pay only for your regular monthly Ambrook subscription. We have an additional plan for business owners and operators looking for recurring bookkeeping support to keep their books in order. Reach out to our team if you are interested to learn more.
How long does the catch-up process take?
Most customers are up and running with clean books within a couple weeks of signing up.
