This post is designed to keep you updated with new Ambrook features to help your operation. Email hello@ambrook.com or text/call us at 303-554-6845 if you have any questions or feedback!

Receipt Upload & Extraction

Nearly every producer we’ve worked with has had a shoebox of paper receipts at one time or another. Gain your peace of mind back by easily uploading your receipts in the Ambrook app. We use AI to automatically extract line items and amounts, saving you time organizing.

Square Integration

We know Square is popular for in-person and online sales. You can sync all your Square data into Ambrook, including sales, transactions, payouts, and line items. Contact our team to get Square set up, and coming soon, you’ll be able to link your account in the app itself.

We’re continuing to build out our integrations for tools you already use, like QuickBooks which we announced in our last update – let us know what you’d like to see next!

Cash Transactions

Although most operations on Ambrook sync their bank and cards for automatic transaction data entry, there are occasional payments made or received in cash. To account for these and stay organized, you can tap the dollar bill icon in your Transactions tab to easily enter the information.

Transfer Merging

Moving money between your own accounts will now show up as a transfer in the Ambrook Transactions page. This prevents your financial insights from being thrown off by transfers, which are excluded from inflow or outflow charts.

Try our latest features by downloading or updating the Ambrook app (iOS / Android), or access your dashboard on web.

We have some more exciting improvements on the way. Stay tuned for the next update!
