Brittney Goodrich is an Assistant Professor of Cooperative Extension at the University of California, Davis. She grew up in a rural farming community in Iowa where uncertainty in agricultural production and marketing influenced family and friends on a daily basis. Dr. Goodrich has published in leading academic journals such as American Journal of Agricultural Economics, Ecological Economics, Food Policy, and the Geneva Papers on Risk and Insurance-Issues and Practice. She holds a PhD in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of California, Davis.
