How we build:

• With the ground now shifting every month, we rapidly experiment with our own processes - measuring, keeping what works and dropping the rest.

• We pair intensively in autonomous pods of 2-3 people and build agentic loops where we can apply our judgment at the points that can change the outcome.

• Alongside customers: watching UX calls isn't enough. We travel to and sit with operators in person.

• With guardrails and correctness, because they're what make speed safe.
